Who We Are
RLT Partners is a firm founded by operators, builders, and business lovers. Highlighted in our founding principles (D.R.E.A.M), our mission is to preserve great businesses by buying and operating them with long-term care. We believe owners deserve to protect their legacy—and employees deserve an opportunity to keep thriving. We’re not flippers, we’re builders. That’s what makes us different.
Once we acquire a company, we roll up our sleeves to professionalize operations, strengthen financial management, and chart a path for long-term success through business planning. This is a critical step to preserve the culture that made these businesses successful in the first place. We believe strong cultures drive long-term value, and we’re proud to support companies that make a positive impact to their communities.

Our Team
Conner Kloeppel
Conner Kloeppel
Conner began his career at a Fortune 50 company, where he quickly realized that the traditional corporate environment wasn’t the right fit for his entrepreneurial mindset. Earning the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation—the gold standard for investment professionals—enabled him to pivot into a more dynamic and hands-on industry: large-scale luxury senior housing and multifamily development.
With the guidance of executive-level mentors, Conner led and supported the acquisition of 1,396 units totaling $591 million, entitlement of 2,332 units valued at $1.1 billion, construction of 976 units representing $492 million, and the disposition of 812 units worth $339 million.
Outside of work, Conner enjoys playing beach volleyball, staying active at the gym, exploring new recipes in the kitchen, learning from podcasts, and planning his next international travel adventure.
Rahjee Hajj
Rahjee’s a Special Forces Engineer in the National Guard with a background in civil engineering and commercial construction. He’s managed multimillion-dollar infrastructure projects and knows the fire protection trade inside and out thanks to his family’s business. He’s incredibly disciplined, just finished sniper school, and he’s the systems guy on our team—tracking deals, building outreach flows, and making us more efficient at every step.
He’s led teams in both the military and construction environments, handled logistics and coordination on projects over $25 million, and he’s been on the front line—literally—when it comes to execution.
“I come from a family of entrepreneurs. My dad built businesses across tech and construction—from computer hardware and website design to general contracting, caisson drilling, and fire sprinkler installation. My mom, Audra Hajj, is a globally recognized entrepreneur and AI strategist who’s launched over 3,000 businesses, raised over $380 million in funding, and pioneered innovations in tech, marketing, and operational systems around the world.”
Outside of work, Rahjee loves to stay active—whether it’s playing beach volleyball, competitive shooting, climbing, or just spending time outdoors. He thrives on movement, challenge, and the kind of camaraderie that comes with a little dirt and sweat.

Garret Kloeppel
Born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, Garret brings grit, discipline, and a people-first mindset to RLT Partners. After moving to Arizona alone to attend Arizona State University, he quickly carved out a name for himself—serving as President of the second-largest fraternity chapter on campus and leading efforts that raised over $40,000 for local philanthropic causes (Best Buddies Experience).
An All-American wrestler and 3-time state finalist, Garret learned early how to thrive under pressure and compete at the highest level—traits that carried over into his business career. At a National Equipment Vendor Company, he spent two years as a Territory Account Manager, where he opened over 75 new accounts and generated more than $2 million in equipment rentals and sales. His time in the field gave him a firsthand understanding of what makes small businesses thrive—and how strong relationships, consistent execution, and a bias for action create real value.
